Last updated: June 29, 2026

Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before using the VR Player: Virtual Reality mobile application (the "App"). By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms form a binding agreement between you and the Service Provider. They apply in addition to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA), which is incorporated by reference. Where these Terms conflict with Apple's standard EULA, the stricter provision protecting the end user applies.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to use the App. If you are under the age of majority, you may only use the App with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.

3. License

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App on Apple devices that you own or control, for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse-engineer, or attempt to extract the source code of the App, except to the extent such restrictions are prohibited by applicable law.

4. Description of the Service

VR Player: Virtual Reality is a virtual reality and 360°/180° video player that lets you play and view video content in mono, stereo (side-by-side / top-bottom), and standard formats, including a Cardboard-style VR viewing mode. The App may use your device's gyroscope and motion sensors to provide head-tracked viewing.

You are responsible for any video content you load, stream, or play through the App. We do not host, supply, or control third-party video content, and we are not responsible for its legality, accuracy, or appropriateness.

5. Health & Safety Warning

Virtual reality and 360° viewing can cause discomfort for some people. To reduce risk:

Stop using the App immediately if you experience dizziness, nausea, eye strain, disorientation, headaches, or any discomfort.

Use the App in a safe, clear space and remain seated where possible.

Take regular breaks and do not use the App while tired or under the influence of alcohol or medication.

The App is not recommended for individuals with a history of seizures, epilepsy, or certain medical conditions without consulting a physician.

You use VR features at your own risk.

6. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases

The App offers optional auto-renewing subscriptions that unlock premium features (including, where applicable, the removal of advertisements):

Weekly subscription

Yearly subscription

Billing and renewal. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew at the then-current price unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

Pricing: Prices are displayed in the App in your local currency before purchase and may vary by region and over time. Any price change will apply only to subsequent billing periods.

Managing and cancelling. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple ID account settings (Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you retain access to premium features until then.

Restore purchases: You can restore an active subscription on a new or reset device using the "Restore Purchases" option in the App.

Refunds: All purchases are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple's refund policies. We do not directly process payments and generally cannot issue refunds; please contact Apple Support for billing and refund requests.

7. Advertising

The free version of the App may display advertisements served by Google AdMob and other third-party ad networks. These networks may collect and use data in accordance with their own privacy policies. Removing ads may be available through a subscription as described above.

8. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we and our service providers (such as Apple and Google AdMob) collect and use information. By using the App you consent to such processing.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation;

Play, distribute, or store content that infringes intellectual property rights or is otherwise illegal;

Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App, its servers, or related systems;

Circumvent, disable, or tamper with security, advertising, or purchase mechanisms in the App.

10. Intellectual Property

The App, including its software, design, graphics, logos, and trademarks, is owned by the Service Provider or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights in our trademarks or branding.

11. Third-Party Services

The App relies on third-party services and SDKs, including Apple App Store services, Google AdMob, and Unity technologies. Your use of those services may be subject to their respective terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for third-party services.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "AS IS" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or compatible with all devices or content formats.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service Provider shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the App. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us (if any) for the App in the twelve months preceding the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you breach these Terms or for any lawful reason. Upon termination, the license granted to you ends and you must stop using the App. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, through in-App notice. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

16. User-Provided Content

The App allows you to load, open, and play video and media content from your own sources. You are solely responsible for any content you access through the App, and you represent and warrant that you own or have all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to use such content. You agree not to use the App to access, store, or distribute content that infringes the intellectual property or other rights of any third party. We do not host, monitor, or assume responsibility for your content.

17. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Service Provider and its affiliates, licensors, and service providers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your misuse of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any law or third-party right, including in connection with content you access or play through the App.

18. Apple as Third-Party Beneficiary

You acknowledge that these Terms are between you and the Service Provider only, and not with Apple. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms, and upon your acceptance, Apple has the right (and is deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce these Terms against you as a third-party beneficiary. The Service Provider, not Apple, is solely responsible for the App and for addressing any claims relating to it, including product liability, legal or regulatory compliance, and intellectual property claims, to the extent required by applicable law.

19. Severability and Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Apple's standard EULA, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Service Provider regarding the App and supersede any prior agreements.

20. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, except where mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence apply.
